The location seemed great and perfect in the central area of the town. The room was fairly quiet and offered a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials...

There was a comfy bed that I truly enjoyed in the double room. Location: the hotel was so close to restaurants & staff, centre of town and the city center. Barrio de Maria Auxiliadora district was worth visiting.

The right breakfast, perhaps some typical product would have been appreciated. Excellent bread. The location is good, it's close to both the city and downtown. The staff is very friendly. I forgot some clothes and they called me to offer to send them to me. They explained to us where we could eat and what we could visit in the city. The key of the room serves to be able to accede to the hotel after the 12 at night. Thank you. Comfortable room and with the appropriate heating for the climate of the moment.
street and area where the hotel is located is all in the blue zone parking. hotel offers paid parking, (almost 10 euros per day) but it is extremely complicated to access and especially to exit the car park. dining room for the breakfasts is especially reduced and also receives the guests of another hotel located in the same street that apparently does not have. Obviously the buildings have limited space but I think it would be more effective if they sacrificed space from somewhere else to make it more comfortable. At times people have to wait for tables to be free. closet in the room is very small. Integrated in the original decoration of the hotel, it looks like a sarcophagus. sound of the TV is very bad.

It's a beautiful hotel in an area that is nothing. But it is within walking distance of the pedestrian center.
Nothing. It was fine for an overnight.

The bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Quiet room at the back. Easy walking distance into the town.
The bathroom was very small. Difficult to find even with the TomTom. It is situated in a restricted area for traffic. We had to go round the town and come in from a different direction to find it. Not much choice of restaurants in the town.
